Dr. Jason Winkle

     Dr. Jason Winkle is an Assistant Professor at the nation’s premier leadership institution, the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. He serves as the Director of Combatives where he is responsible for curriculum development, faculty development, teaching, and leadership strategies in high stress environments and situations.

     A subject-matter expert in leadership, strategy, fitness, and combatives, Dr. Winkle’s self-care and fitness programs have been featured in Fitness Magazine, Metro Sports, and numerous print and video news segments. He is a feature contributor to several online magazines in the areas of leadership, strategy, and combatives. His latest book, co-authored with Dr. Todd Whitaker, is titled, “Feeling Great! The Educator’s Guide for Eating Better, Exercising Smarter, and Feeling Your Best”. This book highlights various strategies and techniques for ensuring that we are able to give our students our best everyday.

     Dr. Winkle brings a unique depth of experience and personality to his specialties of: Leadership Development, Leading Through Change, Motivating Staff, Self-Care, Time Management, and Ethical Decision Making.
